We are expanding our support team and seeking a reliable and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team immediately.

Job Summary:
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll serve as the frontline connection between TankTech Solutions and our clients. You’ll handle inbound and outbound calls, assist with inquiries, resolve issues, and deliver a high level of service that reflects our company’s values.

Key Responsibilities:
Answer inbound customer calls promptly and professionally

Make outbound calls for follow-ups, support tickets, and feedback collection

Respond to client questions, concerns, and requests with clarity and empathy

Document conversations, issues, and resolutions accurately in our CRM

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure quick and effective resolution of client issues

Participate in training sessions to stay current on products, services, and procedures

Be available to work overtime and some weekends, as required

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of customer service experience (call center or support role preferred)

Must be at least 18 years of age

Must be available to start immediately

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to multitask, stay organized, and remain calm under pressure

Friendly, patient, and empathetic attitude toward customers

Tech-savvy with basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and customer support platforms

Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment if working remotely
